Meet Clare Flox (Bohm)

Hello! Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Clare Flox (Bohm), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing counseling services in the Greater Orlando community. I have been a part of the mental healthcare field since 2014, and have experience in a variety of treatment environments. I have experience supporting clients in outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings. I feel most drawn to providing counseling in the private practice setting, as it allows me the time and space to foster meaningful relationships, and the flexibility to individualize the support and care I provide my clients. I strongly value an open, collaborative counseling approach that promotes active change, symptom reduction, and empowerment.

Areas of Specialty

I offer counseling services to help with a variety of treatment concerns, including a more targeted focus on: anxiety, stress management, OCD, depression, trauma recovery, navigating life transitions, struggles with self-esteem, and codependency recovery. I employ various techniques and strategies, with a core focus on CBT, DBT, ERP, and Person-Centered approaches.
